I am in need of a Manufacturer/distributor ( preferably multiple
manufacturers/distributors ) of ID Die Cutters. The Die cutter should
be manual and cut a Credit Card sized cutout( 3.375 x 2.125 inches )
with 1/8" rounded corners.

In the case that a true distributor is found, one that would blind
drop ship the product would be preferred.

I sincerely doubt anybody will answer your question since it is pretty
obvious from the requested shipping arangements that you do not want
any registration of the delivery and I doubt people here are
interested in supplying you with the tools to set up an illegal ID
shop

Actually you are quite wrong. Blind drop shipment is so that I am able
to sell the units without having to stock them. All it means is the
distributor mails it to the customer without having their( the
distributor's ) name on it, some will even include an invoice with
your company name.
