It seems that there is no public (office) email address. There are
regular mail addresses, if you would like, and also an email for the
consular section of the embassy.

I was unable to locate a specific email for the charge d'affairs at
the U.S. Embassy in Burma (Myanmar). However, her name is Carmen Maria
Martinez; you could try sending an email to the embassy and
specifically requesting it be forwarded to this person.

The Embassy in Rangoon (Yangon) has the following emails:

Note that I've confirmed the first email, even though it cuts the city name short.
