Dear Sugamisotosoe,
Grey Lady of the Sea is an extremely rare song, and is very expensive,
as my colleague noted:
From Duran Duran FAQ:
"WHAT IS "GREY LADY OF THE SEA"? "Grey Lady" is the title track to
Simon's Drum video soundtrack. The song, recorded especially for the
Japanese EP, was Simon's first solo effort and first collaboration
with Nick Wood, who is now co-owner in Simon's Tokyo-based record
label - SYN. There were two separate releases of this song, the first
on the Drum soundtrack which is a Japanese-only 3" CD single, and the
UK promotional 5" single issued in chemist's shops. The song also
appears in the Drum video."
(SOURCE: Duran Duran FAQ, <http://www.ionpool.net/duran/faq.html>).
Where you could get it?
The Japanese EP as well as the British promo EP are very rare and
expensive, but they might pop-up in eBay (www.ebay.com) or in rare
music shops. For example:
Eil, <http://eil.com/shop/moreinfo.asp?catalogid=49149> currently
sells "Grey Lady of the Sea" promo for USD $498.02(!). They also have
sometimes "Drum" soundtrack and other records, as their Simon LeBon
list reveals: <http://eil.com/shop/ExtSearch.asp?DiscArtist=Simon-Le-Bon>.
The Icon sell it for $150.00, though it is not clear from their site
that it is always on stock: <http://www.theicon.com/mdise.html#cds>
Matt CD-Singles also had a copy, which is currently out of stock (and
you are invited to "place an order"
<http://www.mattscdsingles.com/acatalog/Online_Catalogue_Duran_Duran_143.html>
(the last one on that page).
BUT...
Your best shot would not be in those very high priced rare CD sales.
The song was in fact included in several compilations, much cheaper:
Produced by his fan club, SIMON LE BON: The Story CD $21.95, includes
"Grey Lady" as its first track:

DURAN DURAN: B-Sides CD $18.95 (track 15)

(See also : Private Collection: The Duran Duran Russian fan club

Here I must add a disclaimer: although it seems legit, and the fan
club claims to have the rights on these compilations, I am not sure
that these are not bootlegs, so if you're concerned about this issue,
or are interested in buying the song as an investment (selling it
later at a higher price as a rarity), the rare records stores would be
more suitable.
Most Duran Duran fan sites also mention, that the song is available in
bootlegs or other means (tape trading). Tape Trading and rare music
networks are available through:
