Hi orphol-ga, The item you're looking for is an Ultrabay 2000 compatible CDRW drive. The cheapest in this category is the "IBM CDRW 8X/4X/24X ULTRABAY 2000 DRIVE" There's also a cdrw/dvd combo, however at a much higher price. 300$ seems to be indeed about the lowest price at which this item can be got.
