Dear flicka12: Yes, you can call the Customer Service Center by dialing the number on the back of your credit card. The Customer Service Center at the address you specify in your question serves AT&T Universal Card cardholders. The number for Customer Service is 1-800-423-4343 in the United States or 904-448-8661 from outside the United States (call collect). I hope this information is helpful to you.
