if it did occur, it may have happened about 3 weeks ago.

The link did not work on my computer this AM. Tell us the state and
near by city to Rocky Peak, and the denomination. My guess is a big
contributor to the church was offended by Dr. Miller, so the Elders or
equivelent secretly instructed Dr. Miller to find another job. It may
not be possible to learn any details until guest preachers start
coming. On the other hand Dr. Miller may stay for years.  Neil

Yes, that is the church.

I am not sure the suit has much bearing on the subject at hand.  (And
I already saw that article).

Any conclusive responses are welcome.

It's my understanding he may be accepting a pastorship at First
Baptist Church in Visalia.
