In what district on Nauru is the Australian Government's detention
centre for refugees (primarily housing Afghan Hazara minority)?

Although I have learned much about Nauru, its districts and the
detention centre in the process, I have been unable to determine which
of those districts contains the centre.  I have e-mailed a person who
is very knowledgeable about the centre and hope to be able to get the
information for you that way.

Thanks for that Mark -- writing a book, just can't seem to get the
details of where the centre is, NOT that Nauru is that big!

Likewise, I can't track this down.  Based on this map, and the fact
that it's somewhere in the middle of the island, my best guess is
Buada.  But that's only a guess; so many districts converge in the
middle.

Thanks for your encouragement.  I have just sent another email, this
one to the Nauru mission to the United Nations.  I will report here on
any response that I receive.
