Follow the instructions given at Symantec:

Symantec: PWSteal.Trojan:
"Symantec has created an <interactive tutorial> to help you remove this Trojan."
"Note: Steps 1 to 3 will work in many cases, and should be tried
first. However, with some variants of this Trojan, particulaly if the
Trojan has run, additional steps may be required.
   1. Disable System Restore (Windows Me/XP).
   2. Update the virus definitions.
   3. Restart the computer in Safe mode or VGA mode.
   4. Run a full system scan and delete all the files detected as 
PWSteal.Trojan."

Click Start, Help, System REstore, System Restore Settings, turn off System
Restore.
Shut down PC, unplug modem.
Reboot, press F8, to get into Safe Mode, and scan for virus.
Shut down PC, plug in modem.
Reboot, Set Restore point
