Example Situation: 4 health care professionals who are currently
compensated on a percentage of production.  They would like to form a
corporation (maybe an LLC).

Objective:
1.  Doctors differ in their needs for current income and capital
investment.  So the business model needs to be flexibile.  For
example:
Doctor #1: Does wants all his percentage of production as income and
does not want to put money back to the corporation.
Doctor #2: Wants most of his production be re-invested to the corporation. 
(for growth).  

2.  They want to entice other Doctors (and investors) to be part of
their organization.  So they need to present the case in a clear
simple way by showing case studies.



Question:

1.  Provide at least 10 Case studies (and/or models) that would
illustrate and meet their objective.  URL links would be sufficient.

Actually, at 2 business cases will be sufficient. But provide many
supporting or helpful url links.
