Trying to build ARAP capable RADIUS server using open source
softwares. Currently using freeradius but it's not properly
documented.

I am looking for ARAP step-by-step setup guide on freeradius or any
other open source radius server which runs on unix/linux. Also if you
could include how to setup LAT on FreeBSD it would be great ($20).
