I could use to recruit, hire, set and monitor deliverables of
a management consultant to guide a growing tech company in its (a)
organizational structure (b) operations/production (c) sales and
marketing (d) investor relations (e) public relations. I do NOT want
- general information on management consulting
- management consultant search or placement sites
- management consultant resumes
- descriptions of management consultant responsibilites, education,
renumeration (like the ones published by department of labour)
- resumes that are too specific/off base to assist (like rural project
management and evaluation consultant)
I am seeking an actual job description that I could revise and use.

What type of tech company?  Hardware (Mainframe, PCs, etc.) or
Software (Industry, eBiz, etc.)?  If you could be more specific in
those two categories it would also help.  I have been in Management
Consulting for over 18 years and have many different ads I have run.
