Is it safe to remove PC Doctor ON Call v1pcANYWHERE32 by window's
melinium add/remove program or do I need more steps to carefully
uninstall so my computer or it contents are not harmed in any way?
This free download is very bad! I just called, Comcast, my cable
provider. They advised me to get specific information from you, after
they looked it up. Please help me get rid of this free download that
pops up anytime and makes
alarm sounds.

Hi desperate-ga,
The Google Answers will be able to provide better and more
comprehensive solutions for your problem, if you could clarify the
following points for us:
   - In your question, you give the name of the application as 'PC
Doctor ON Call v1pcANYWHERE32'. I assume you meant the application to
be 'PC Doctor ON Call v1' and NOT pcANYWHERE32 which is a separate
product by Symantec Corporation (http://www.symantec.com). Is this
correct?
   - Also, you have not provided the name of the company which
manufactured this product, or the website you downloaded it from. I am
assuming that the software you are refering to is the product 'PC
Doctor On Call v1' now renamed to PCDocRx ( http://www.pcdocrx.net ).
Is this correct? If not, could you provide us with the name of the
company and/or their website?
   - In order to provide you with specific instructions, we need to
know which version of Windows you are using. Is it Windows
95,98,Me,2000 or Xp?

Awaiting your response.
Thanks,
Theta-ga
:-)
