retrieves the "Unofficial Kirsten Dunst FAQ" date December 29, 2001.
It states:

"Kirsten is now working with her mother on her own production company
called "Wooden Spoon Productions", currently nothing is in the works
to my
knowledge."

This same FAQ gives two addresses to whom you can write to try to
inquire about specifics of this Ms. Dunst, and hencer her company:

I searched for "Wooden Spoon Productions" (with quotation marks) in
Google and found some interesting results:

1. This website:

can be the formal website of the "company". In this case, I think it's
more like a private business and not a company.

2. Almost all websites are about Kirsten Dunst. I think "Wooden Spoon
Productions" belongs to Kirsten Dunst and her mother, Inez Dunst.

3. I did not find anything else about "Wooden Spoon Productions",
which is not related either to the above website or to Kirsten Dunst.
Therefore, I suppose there is no other company.
