What is the difference between marketing and sales? My accountant says
my sales lunches are not marketing and can not be deducted 100%. I say
I'm marketing because I am always testing and positioning and selling
all at the same time. My business is buying, developing, selling and
financing homesites.

Well your accountant did explain that very well.   

Meals and Entertainment  are only limited in the deductability to 50%,
regardless of the topics of conversation.
