How does a slushie/granita machine work without the whole thing
freezing up? The mechanical agitation must prevent some of that from
happening, but there must be something unique about the liquid mixes.
Can I take any liquid product (e.g., soda, fruit punch, alcohol,
coffee) and create slushies?
