I need to know where I can locate regulations on the use of provider
(physicians) tax identification numbers by allied health professionals
such as physical therapists and possible independent laboratory
services in health care.
I am really suchin for the answers to how much responsibility the MD
have over Physical therapists and allied healht professionals when
he/she allows use of his/her UPIN and/or tax identification number.  
I need regulations from medicare to support this issue.
