On the website of the manufacturer the following procedure is given to
change this setting:

"How do I change the weight settings from kg to lb or st lb?
There are two ways of changing the weight settings depending on which
model you have.
On some models, there is a switch on the underside of the monitor
which can be used to select the appropriate weight mode.
Other models need to be changed using the buttons on the front of the
monitor. When the monitor is switched off, press the Up Arrow button
and the Set button at the same time. The indicator on the display will
flash. Use the Arrow button to scroll through the different weight
modes and use the Set button to select the required mode."
