I am searching for a digital version of a special german article and haven´t found it on the web yet. The author is "Frans N. Stokman" and the title "Entscheidungsansätze in politischen Netzwerken" (first published in 1995 in the book "Netzwerke und Politikproduktion" (1995, Marburg) by Jansen: Dorothea/ Schubert, Klaus (Hg.) on page 160-184). Apparently this publication is out of print. Stokman's bibliography "Articles, contributions to readers and book reviews" does not include a link to a digital version.
