NTSC, PAL, SECAM are transmission (resolution) standards. You didn't
specify the model/type of this plasma screen, maybe it can handle
these resolutions, however you may need a seperate tuner? What you
want is a "Multi-System" Plasma Screen and that would be able to be
used for your standards. Or verify that the tuner is multi-system.

Aside from the issue if your plasma tv can receive PAL or Secam (the
latter is as far as i know barely in use anymore, it used to be used
in france and the former DDR) there is the issue of power , your
Plasma tv has a 60 hz 110 V powersupply whereas the UK is at 50Hz 240v
and the rest of europe is on 220V 50Hz

AS YOU CAN SEE IT HAS A BUILT-IN NTSC TV-TUNER. WHAT WE USE IN EUROPE
IS PAL-SECAM TUNERS. YOU MAY FIND AN EXTERNAL PAL-SECAM TUNER AND PLUG
IT IN YOUR TV. WITH A NTSC TUNER, YOU'LL BE ABLE TO WATCH IT, BUT IN A
DIFFERENT PICTURE MODE WHICH IS NOT NATURAL. ( YOU'LL BE RECEIVEING
PAL SIGNALS WITH NTSC DECODER NOT PAL DECODER)
WHAT YOU SHOULD CONSIDER IS NOT TUNER, BUT POWER REQUIREMENTS.. MOST
OF THE TVS HERE HAVE A POWER SUPPLY OF 110VOLT NOT 220 VOLT AS WE USE
IN EUROPE... YOU CAN ALSO FIND A REGULATOR WHICH CONVERTS 220 V TO
110 V SO YOU CAN PLUG YOUR TV TO IT... BUT THE QUESTIN IS... WILL
THESE EFFORTS WORTH TO TAKE THIS PLASMA TO ENGLAND...
