I want to get the latest up to the second stock market breaking news.
I don?t mean Yahoo or Goggle or any one of the common financial sites,
I want every single news on every single company as it comes out, not
1 minute later. This site should display all news and not only for
ticker that I choose. I want to be able to make trades even on stock
that I don?t know, so news by ticker will not do the trick.

Also, I?m looking for a hand held devise that will do the same as above.

I would like to know about a free site but if you know of a good pay
site I?ll appreciate it if you mention it.

I think you have only one choice:

A handheld device like a Palm or PocketPC with wireless capabilities,
which grant you internet access through a wireless newtwork provider
(AT&T Wireless or similar). Obviously, a new generation cell-phone
works too. This would allow you to get on your website anytime,
anywhere. The problem is that you'll be using a lot of minutes
(expensive).

I heard that there are a few proprietary services from some financial
news companies but they cost a lot and work only in few cities.
