I am interested in knowing if this SEO company is legit or if their
techniques are considered spamming.  Their site is

Spammy technique?  Is this a case of "We get our other clients to link
to you to make you look popular"?  I can't tell for sure, but if it
looks like a duck...

I'm getting harassed by them about 3-4 times a week & I can not get my
phone # removed from their database. I have repeatedly told them to
please stop calling. I may have to take legal action if it does not
stop.

I know how you feel.  My ears are still bleeding from when I talked to
them last week.

Each time he would try to close me I would repeat back to him the
closing technique he was using.  He got more aggressive with each
question I asked and eventually stooped to backhanded insults.

The fatal flew with their sales pitch is the fact that their Page Rank
is 0. Obviously, they are banned by Google.  Point this out and they
claim Google hates them because they take business away from Google
Adwords.  Counter that other SEO companies are not banned and they say
that they are the TOP SEO company and Google only cares about them.
And -- they GET MOST OF THEIR BUSINESS FROM PARTNERS SO THEY DON'T
NEED A HIGH SEARCH ENGINE RANKING (huh?!?)

Now, they will eventually tell you THAT YOU CANNOT DEPEND ON traffic
from other sources and that SEO is the BEST way to get guaranteed
traffic.  But, if that is true why do they not care about search
engine traffic for their site?

They use something they call "attraction pages" to send traffic to
your site.  These are basically off site doorway pages that look like
link farms.   Each of their client sites has a hidden link to one of
these "attraction pages" on it's home page.  The "attraction paes"
have links to each of their clients.  They do not consider this to be
"spamming."  When I pointed out that this is indeed spamming they told
me it wasn't because they don't manually submit the links.  (They
somehow believe if the Search Engine finds the link itself it is fine.
 Nevermind that they are using surreptitious methods to get the SE to
find the link)

What do u think about this site? http://www.seo-expert.com. It looks
great, gives accurate information and I am almost tempted to fill
contact them but I noticed the site is notall ready yet, some of the
links donbt work, forms dont work. I liked the information these guys
are giving out and there are not suspicious calims bieng made. Can
this be a good site,. just under contruction yet? Please explain.
