Question ID: 329535
As a young merchant in the 17th century what would they encounter that
is new ideas to them? What were their adventures like ? What would
they have seen ?
How would they describe new people they've met? What would their
overall impression be?

I am looking for ideas and encounters that were real, not references to Utopia.

I need this information as soon as possible. I will tip well if it is
answered within a day.

Just to avoid misunderstandings: You mean encounters of merchants who
travelled to regions outside Europe, such as India, or the Americas?

Yes, but specifically the merchants traveling to the West or East Indies area.

Also were most merchants classified as pirates ? I am finding a lot of
information about pirates when searching for 17th century european
merchants.
