I am starting an Online Auction House (Ebay drop off location similar
to auctiondrop.com)based in Minneapolis Minnesota.

We are looking for venture capitalists to invest but first we need a
really good business plan,  thus our need for a Business Plan writer
in Minneapolis.
Can you give us some names of Business Plan writers  or lead us in the
right direction?   The writer should be familiar with ecommerce, etc..
Also, the names of Venture capitalists in our area?

How would you suggest we go about starting this business?  At the
onset, we will not have a storefront and will either pick up customers
items at their homes, or have them drop off the item at our home.  Of
course, a storefront would be down the line.
