Hello there,

I'm the one who suggested you post this question, but I didn't realize
at the time you were in Canada.  Unfortunately, I haven't been
successful in finding sources of expert medical witnesses in Canada --
the sources aren't organized in the same fashion as those in the US
with which I am familiar.

I'll keep looking.  Perhaps I can come up with something after a
while, or another researcher may have some success.
