What are the 1) current (in 2004) and 2) projected population forecasts (in 2030
and 2100) for Hong Kong and the Pearl River Delta region in China?  

The reason for asking this question is that I am trying to find out
what are the likely upcoming environmental problems in the Hong Kong
Pearl River Delta region given potential projected population
increases if we continue developing in the way we are doing.   Also,
since this is an academic paper for my Masters thesis, I need to feel
confident I can quote a reliable source.
