Insurance question. I am interested in the average costs per state
for purchasing building insurance (ie: fire and casualty) for
commercial properties. More specifically, large retail properties,
such as shopping centers (though I am not sure the information is
broken down that way)where the size of the buildings would range from
50,000 to 700,000 square feet. Specifically, what I want to know is
the price difference between "expensive" states, such as Florida and
California, versus "average" states. If you have similar information
on liability, that would also be helpful.
