Question ID: 330115
There is a PC Software Program that films you blowing
away your buddies (friends) whiles you are playing
Video Games Online. Gamers could be playing networked to
each others computer or online over the internet.
When you blow him away, you can email him screen
shots of you blowing him up!

It is mainly a gamers utility and sells for around
$29 I heard. I am not sure if techsmith will do the
same, but that is not what I am looking for.

Can you please find the website of that utitlity
program for me? Thanks. Sorry I do not know the
name of the program, it would have been much
easier, but it is out there somewhere. Thanks

Hi Gafty!

I found one PC Software Program that enables you to capture video game
screenshots. You can also capture Direct3D games that use DirectX 8 or
DirectX 9 technologies.

You can send images by E-mail. Sending works in the background mode
and you can send the several messages simultaneously in separate
system threads. E-mail has two options: send via SMTP server and send
via MAPI (Microsoft Messaging API).

You can download a shareware version for free.

You can also order this program online, by fax or phone. Registartion costs $29.

Could this be the software program you have in mind?

Thanks,
Bobbie7

I think ichthyos is pretty close to the answer I want.
Is it the same one you are talking about bobbie7?

What I am not sure about is, can ichthyos software send
images by email? Thanks

"Is it the same one you are talking about bobbie7?"

No, I found a different software program.

As I mentioned previously, this program enables you to capture video game
screenshots and send images by email.

ichthyos-ga is not a Google Answers Researcher and I did not find
anything about Fraps sending the images by email.

I will post additional information about the software that I located
in the comment section.

Thanks,
Bobbie7

OpenGL gaming sessions. A (crippled) demo of the latest version is
available for download at http://www.fraps.com/, and the
fully-functional version is available for $29.95. Older versions of
