Hi r2,
Nice photo! :) It's hard to see in your picture if the headset is
an over-the-ear type.
Would the following link be the headset you are wearing?

If you find this acceptable as an answer, please post a clarification
to let me know, and I'll post the information in the answer box.
Best regards,

Hi r2,
After having contacted Motorola in the hopes of locating this headset,
I have received the following replies from their helpful customer
support:
"Regarding your inquiry, we have not been able to identify this
headset, based on the picture that you kindly sent to us. However, if
you could provide us with some information as of where this headset is
used (wireless phone, two-radio, etc.) that would be extremelly
helpful. So far, we have only been able to identify tow similar
headsets, but they do not look exactly as the one in the picture. I am
hereby sending you the links for these headsets:

I apologize for not being able to provide you with more accurate
information so far.
Looking forward to your reply.
Best regards"
I then informed them this headset is used for a two-way radio. This is
their response which I received today:
"Thank you for contacting Motorola E-mail Support once more.
Based on the information that you have provided us with, I assume that
the two-way radio this headset was designed for is not a Family Radio
Frequency (FRS) radio, but a professional radio, since this headset is
not listed in our list of accessories. Therefore, I recommend you
contact the professional radio customer service line at 1-800-448-6686
to receive support from the experts on this type of product. I
apologize for the inconvenience.
I do hope that you succeed in finding the information that you are
looking for, and that you will not hesitate to contact us again for
assistance with your Motorola products.
Best regards"
Since I live overseas, I am not able to telephone Motorola at the number provided.
Perhaps you will like to telephone them and hopefully this will help
you in locating the headset.
I wish I could have done more for you.
Good luck.
