There is a folder that shows up in my "my documents" no matter how
many times I delete it.  The folder is named "AgilixLog"  I have
searched the registry, web and msconfig.  Running XP SP1

Have you tried going to Add/Remove Programs and uninstalling it there?

I wasn't able to find any information on how to uninstall the program,
however there is a toll free number to call for Customer Care Center
at:  1-800-728-3288.
 
Calls are answered Monday - Friday, 7am - 5pm EST.

If you call they will be able to answer any questions you might have.

Very good...after reading past the "do you have go binder" on your PC,
i noted that it is also part of franklin covey's plan plus, which i do
have....now to GET THAT THING TO DIE...

almost right on...i don't have any of the software he mentions, but I
do have another by one of the authors, after calling Franklin Covey
tech support i found out that it is part of planplus 2.0 for outlook
