I want to find a piece of software/ plug in that will check incoming
email messages in Outlook for a reference number and sort into a
relevant folder based on that number.

These numbers will change frequently and if no folder exists for a
particular reference number a new one must be created with that
reference number as its name.

Psuedo code:
1) Get reference from subject field
2) Check if folder exists
3) If not create folder with the reference code as name
4) Copy to folder
