Hi,

I am wondering if it I am able to recieve a grant from the government
to start up a new website.  It actually isn't new, but I'm reopening
it up.  I make money off of it, and I need the money to put it into
advertising.  I currently don't have it in my pocket, but with
adequate advertising I know the site will be profitable.  It is a
website exchange - http://www.autosurfexpress.com .  I am still
starting it up, and will soon be functional.

Okay, I would also like to know a website where I can find a partner
for starting a completely new website.  I need a legitimate partner
who can be right next to me for a new website I'm starting (which
hopefully I can raise enough money for).  If possible, maybe a
specialized partner who knows about scripting or web development.
