What percentage of people using popup blocker software are not able to
see our many popup windows at www.sdp-si.com/estore. When you select a
part number a popup window appears giving the detailed info ablut the
part. How many people (Percentage)may have popup blocking software
installed that may prevent seeing our popup windows?

There's no way to tell.  Some software only block auto popups but
click popups are OK, others blocks all.  Since your sub-list is not
long and in a frame, you should let it stay in the same window.  Put a
back button there.
