I'm looking for snippits of information to support a segmentation
model for the Virgin Mobile in Australia.
What successful business result have mobile phone carriers or
resellers attributed to segmentation. The segmentation could be
either a usage or market based segmentation. The results are likely
to relate to reductions in churn, increases in revenue, increases in
acquisition, or Market share increases. I need to know the carrier,
the results achieved, and the souce.
As a starting point, I know that MTN in South Africa published some
