Does anyone know the transmission protocol to send photo image files DIRECTLY to a Ceiva digital fram from the PC. I envision hooking the frame to the PC's modem board and sending a series of commands and JPEG images downloadable to the frame. Currently, the PC sends pictures to the ceiva web site and then the frame calls-up the web site and requests a download via the phone line. |

its not possible, there is a special authentication protocal associated with teh ceiva website, and phone modems cannot connect in this kind of connection if u really want to do it u first need a null modem(its a phone modem made for this stuff, kinda like a phone based network card) than u need to write a program while guessing the protocals CEIVA will not give u the protocal ive tried |
