The website https://engineering.purdue.edu/ECE/Alumni/WallOfFame gives
a list of graduates with degrees in electrical or computer engineering
from Purdue. Is there a site (and if so what is its URL) which gives
the same type of information for other fields of study?

A site for Purdue university? Is there any apecific fields of study
you're looking for lists for?

I am specifically looking for a list of Civil Engineering Graduates
from 1962 and 1963. I have looked on the Purdue.edu website, and have
not found what I am looking for. A site of listing like the site I
referenced, except for civil engineering is what I am looking for.

But only for Purdue University, right?

Only Purdue University, Main Campus (i.e. Lafayette Campus not Fort
Wayne, Indianapolis etc.)

bungecord,

Hello again! I have a way to get you your list, however, it's not as
easy as giving you a URL. I've spoken with a # of people at Purdue,
and there is a proceedure to get that information. I know you asked
for a list, but since they require personal information from the
person requesting the information, to determine if they will release
the list, would giving you the exact steps you would need to take to
get the form and get the information work as an answer for you? Let me
know how to proceed.

The procedure would be fine. I do know how to get the information, if
I wanted to take a trip from Denver to Lafayette, IN but that is nt
practible at this time. For instance I could go to the libraty and
look at copies of the yearbooks. But if you give me steps on how to
get someone to send me the info, I will accept that answer. I realize
that the university people, upon examining my personal info, may not
want to release a class list, but that is the way life is.

Bungecord,

Hello again! Finding the way to get this list was a bit of a "treasure
hunt" but I have the answer. Thanks you for your patience in getting
this information to you.

You can contact Devinfo@purdue.edu and email them your request for the
list of alumni. They then will have you fill out a form stating why
you want the list (I.E. reunion planning, book you're writing,
whatever) and, if they feel it's a valid reason (because of
confidentiality) you'll get your list. You can also, as a back up plan
contact Debris. Debris is the company that handles Purdue's yearbooks.
I was told by the Purdue alumni office that they might be able to send
you the pages you need, so that you wouldn't have to go to the book,
or locate and purchase a 30 plus year old book. You can cont Debris at
1-765-494-2702

I found out how to contact the alumni office in a few steps. First, I
went to the Purdue University "contact us" page and sent off a general
email asking for who would handle this request.

Purdue site:

Purdue then put me in contact with a S. Flavin, who works in Purdue's
Graduate office, who referred me to the alumni office since they
handled all requests for this sort of information due to the
confidentiality I mentioned earlier. When I called the Alumni Office,
they are the ones who referred me to the email I gave you and Debris.

So, there you go. I hope you get your list for whatever reason you
need it for. If this answer requires further explanation, please
request clarification before rating it, and I'll be happy to look into
this further
