Sounds like you simply had good luck with this brand of machine. In reality, any quality machine would suffice. The most important thing to keep in mind is the mineral content in the water that you use. Minerals clog your machine and force you to clean them regularly. I would recommend you buy a Reverse Osmosis water filtration device so you remove over 99 percent of the minerals in the water. This will keep your machine clean and functioning for years. It is virtually the same as using distilled water only cheaper. Not only will your machine benefit from the mineral free water, it make great tasting water. Be aware that your body needs mineral. I you do this, make sure to use regular tap water for all cooking needs. Good Luck. |
