Do you recognize the attached logo?  Could you tell me what
organization it represents?  (Just ignore the number "6".  It's the
symbol above it that I'm wondering about.)  Here's a web link...

The top part seems to have a atom symbol on it. It may have something
to do with Project Manhattan or other nuclear research.
