Good news! The book you are looking for is available (used, not new).

Here is one copy, but it's hard for me to pick the "best buy" for you

I searched at the OCLC (Online Computer Library Center) to try and
figure out the correct title. I found it by searching for "Brown" as
the author and "Methods" as the title. Once had the correct
information, I searched at book websites for "Methods in
Psychophysiology".
