In Florida Real Estate Home inspectors are not required to hold a
state License as they do in many other states. My question is where
can I find information online from FHA, HUD and VA for their
requirements for florida home inspectors that perform inspections for
them? I am currently licensed as WDO Inspector, Wildlife trapping ,
Termite and Pest control within the state of florida. Many pest
control companies currently inspect homes for termites, water
problems, roof leaks etc. I have about 20 years experience in the
building trades. Any Help appreciated.

Here's a start for you:

State Legislatures for performing Home Inspections
http://www.home-inspect.com/statelegislation.html
..."S 2016 would create the Florida Home Inspection Advisory Council,
establish licensure and continuing education requirements for home
inspectors, outline grandfathering requirements, require a home
inspector to maintain a commercial general liability insurance policy
of no less than $300,000 and determine prohibited acts of businesses
employing home inspectors and disciplinary procedures for violating
home inspecting rules. S 2016 is the companion bill to H 0979. S 2016
was introduced by Senator Diaz de la Portilla and referred to the
Senate Regulated Industries, Finance and Taxation Committee. On March
17th, S 2016 was reported favorably out of the Senate Regulated
Industries Committee by a vote of 12-0. After S 2016 was reported
favorably out of the Senate Regulated Industries committee, the bill
was sent to the Senate Finance and Taxation committee..."
