has there ever been lawsuit against a home builder for building home
on kalonite-serpentine soil with very high sulfate which attacked
garage floor and allowed the dust to come through cracks and expose me
to very high level of chrysotile asbestos.

If you want information about lawsuits against builders regarding
asbestos, we might be able to help you get information (I'm assuming
you're in the US...let us know if otherwise).

However, if you're looking for a lawsuit to precisely match your
current situation -- soil type, sulfates, cracks in the floor, etc --
then it's unlikely anyone would be able to find a perfect match for
you.
