Does anyone know if a windows driver exists for the Apple iSight?  If
not does anyone know somebody who could develop one and how much that
would cost?

There are no Windows specific drivers yet.  However, a number of
people have reportedly had success with the camera portion using
Windows XP.  MSN Messenger and Yahoo Messenger seem to be the most
successful, although tweaking and adjusting the image is necessary for
acceptable picture quality.  The microphone requires Windows drivers
and so does not currently work.
