Such records are not to be found online, and the search for them might
be quiet costly: The Alabama Vital Records section of the State Dept.
of Public Health charges $4 for each record and $10 for "special
searches" (your search is probably even more complicated). This is the
body that holds the records, but records may be not computerised (only
on microfilm) and/or - given the large number of births - impractical
to search. It is also possible, that such a search is not possible,
unless you have a specific permission or research project that justify
such an operation.
However, as an answer to your question, birth records of all males
born in Alabama since 1908 (incl. Fenruary 1952) could be found here:
