I am also getting this large white screen on my desktop. However, my screen says "ARCHIVES NOT FOUND". It started a few days ago while I was on the internet and it keeps coming back every time I turn on my computer. So far, there is no way to close it so I just click on the top of it and pull it off the desktop. I really can't remember what I was doing when it first started. Sure wish someone would find out what it is. |

This is carole2 again. I was just able to close this white square screen. I pressed control, alt, delete and the task manager came up showing this as a running task. I closed the task and it went away! I hope it works for you. |

Using Adaware did not clear this from my machine but removing all temporary files using the Disk Clean up got rid of it. Anyone know where it came from? |
