I am also getting this large white screen on my desktop. However, my
screen says "ARCHIVES NOT FOUND". It started a few days ago while I
was on the internet and it keeps coming back every time I turn on my
computer. So far, there is no way to close it so I just click on the
top of it and pull it off the desktop. I really can't remember what I
was doing when it first started. Sure wish someone would find out
what it is.

This is carole2 again. I was just able to close this white square
screen. I pressed control, alt, delete and the task manager came up
showing this as a running task. I closed the task and it went away!
I hope it works for you.

All of the sudden i to got the big white square and also could not get
rid of it. I read one of the comments here and i tried Contol alt
delete and the task manager said it was a running task and i was able
to close it from there, Thanks for the tip.

Using Adaware did not clear this from my machine but removing all
temporary files using the Disk Clean up got rid of it.
Anyone know where it came from?
