I am looking for what options I have for a 50cc Motard bike that is
street legal in New York City. For example, I would idealy like this
bike:

I was interested in importing the Aprilia MX 50, but it is my
understanding that the MX 50 can not be registered in the US because
it won't pass emissions.

An alternative answer to this post would be how to import an Aprilia
MX 50 and what process would need to take place to have it registered
for use in NYC. :-)
