What is the best way to find comparable sales of equipment in the
United States?  I am working for an equipment leasing company and need
to find the best way to get ACTUAL SALES COMPS for equipment that has
sold recently.  Many sites/companies will only give opinion and I need
better researched answers than just opinion as to what the equipment
is worth, even if it is an auction sale.  I'm referring mostly to
Heavy Equipment (yellow iron products, etc) although not all equipment
is that large..thanks
