Dear mcow-ga;
Thank you for allowing me an opportunity to answer your interesting
question. I did find a number of photos of Queen Noor wearing what
certainly appears to be her weeding ring(s) however, there are no
close-ups of Queen Noor?s wedding ring(s) as far as I can tell. There
are some photographs of her WEARING a ring on the third finger of her
left hand, the finger traditionally reserved for wedding rings in many
cultures including American culture (he is of Arab-American descent).
The ring(s) she wears appears to be consistent throughout so
undoubtedly this is her wedding ring(s).
In this photo, found on the family?s official web site, Queen Noor is
wearing this/these ring(s) though it is not clearly visible:

Again in these photos she ports jewelry on the same finger, but as
before, they are not close-up photos but she is with her husband, King
Hussein bin Tulal, in both formal and informal settings so presumably
these are indeed her wedding rings:

In this photo, Queen Noor is accompanies by Prince Philip, Duke of
Edinburgh. Clearly there is a ring on her ring finger and it does
appear to be a rather large diamond solitaire:

She is wearing what appears to be the same ring in these photos
(again, not close-ups) with her sons and grandchildren:

The good new is, not all is lost. As for the Dove of Peace pendant she
often wears and where it came from (one of the two things you said you
would accept as an answer), this mystery appears to be solved. Queen
Noor?s peace dove pendant and brooch were both made by famed jeweler
and international design award winner Amitai Kav.

Similar ones were made for Hillary Clinton, then Israeli Prime
Minister Rabin and his wife Leah, King Carlos of Spain and to Mrs.
Jihan Sadat, wife of the late President of Egypt.
Here is the pendant similar to the one worn by Queen Noor:

Unfortunately I couldn?t do much about your question regarding Queen
Noor?s ring, though I really tried very hard, however, I think you?ll
have to agree that with regard to the Dove of Peace, I was right on
the money.
