I am interested in going on a holiday (not a health
retreat) e.g. an adventure tour of some sort where I can have fun for
4-5 weeks or longer while losing weight at the same time.

Can you suggest any companies in Australia that do this sort of thing?

Going someplace warm where you also have to walk a lot to go places
might be a good suggestion. Here you get to burn some fat by sweating.
Just be sure it isn't someplace where a drought's happening. :)
