There was an article I read on the internet a few years ago about raw food.

It was talking about a guy who lived in what looked like a typical
bachelor pad. Upon closer inspection it was revealed that he had no
cooking appliances or utensils.

The article went on to discuss the growing popularity among young
people of eating a predominantly raw diet.

Where can I find this article?

bowler,

The article went something like this:

He has what looks like a typical bachelor pad. Upon closer inspection,
however, you notice that some things are missing. No pots, no pans, no
stove. He doesn?t have any cooking utensils or appliances whatsoever.
It?s part of a growing trend among young people to eat their food raw.

Could this be the article?

"The joy of not cooking: Believing raw foods are healthiest a
fraternity of vegetarians operates an unusual restaurant without a
stove"
by Emerson, Bo.
The Atlanta Constitution. Atlanta, Ga.: Apr 19, 1993. Sec. D. pg. 1

Here is an abstract:

"Anu Bankole KMT hasn't had a hot meal in years; but he isn't
complaining. He likes it that way. Anu, 24, is part of a small
collective of Morehouse College students, graduates and friends who
like life in the raw. No longer chained to a hot stove, they eat a
diet composed entirely of uncooked vegetables, fruits, grains, nuts
and seeds. In February this group put its money where its mouths (and
stomachs) are, opening a raw-food vegetarian restaurant in downtown
Atlanta. Delights of the Garden, at 136-E Marietta St., a block from
CNN Center, offers such treats as mung bean sprout "spaghetti" with
salsa and ground nutmeat balls, shredded carrot "tuna" flavored with
eggless mayonnaise and nori rolls (dried seaweed) stuffed with bulgur
wheat. (excerpt)"
