I have managed to lose a major portion of my AOL Instant Messenger
buddy list and need a solution to get it back. An acceptable answer is
one that lists a solution that will allow me to recover the buddies
that were deleted from my buddy list (approximately 80 buddies)

The story:
I was attempting to delete two indivual buddies from my list but
instead ended up deleting two entire groups.

I have tried on my own to come up with a solution to fix the problem
but without any luck.

Also if a solution is offered (and the missing buddies are recovered)
in a timely manner I will be very happy to leave a tip.

what version of AOL are you using? and have you re-installed AOL
recently (while you had the buddies still listed)?
