for neutron shielding.

Try looking up some of the 'X' Iraqi T-72's armor composition, if you
can get your hands on one. They all have some sort of nuclear
shielding, but i am not sure if they have neutron shielding, or that
they use the materials you mentioned.

A neutron beam guide used 50/50 Be/Lithiated paraffin.  The lithiated
paraffin contained 7.5 weight percent Li.
